Hey there people. I am currently on a coach returning to Reykjavik from a small area on the peninsula.
The lights didn’t make an appearance but it didn’t matter to me. As I stared into the skies, the stars stood out and it was then I realised that there was more than I’d ever seen.
In the cities, light pollution means that you can’t see the stars as there is a constant glow from all the lights put together. When out of the cities, the stars reveal themselves as they blanket the skies with their presence.
I am heading back to rest for tomorrow.
Until next time.
